Responsibilities:

AP is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and lead all key projects across AlphaPoint.

• This includes the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
• He/She will oversee all aspects of company projects.
• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of all projects.
• The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
• He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and aligned to fulfill client needs.

Basic requirements:

• At least 10+ years experienced in Project Management and PMP certified or PRINCE II Certified
• Past performance having managed client relationships and all stakeholders involved across the organization by managing and controlling all stages of the project lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop detailed project scoping
• Solid organization skills and strong ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence teams and monitor/track team progress from start to end of project
• Past experience running large, complex and multiple projects at the same time while leading teams on deadlines and delivery
• Ensure resource availability and allocation so that project is delivered within scope, budget and on schedule
• Past performance with tracking project performance and motivating teams to achieve the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Experienced in Project Management Software and tools

Preferred skills & knowledge:

• Previous fintech/cryptocurrency industry experience Thought leader in Project Management / technology communication.
