About CRS
As part of its Youth and Peacebuilding portfolio, CRS Ghana is currently implementing the three-year Investors & Partners Education to Employment (IP2E) project aimed at improving youth employability in Africa through improved access to quality education and training. Funded by the Mastercard Foundation COVID-19 Recovery and Resilience Program, the project is being implemented across three countries: Ghana, Ivory Coast and Senegal. In Ghana, the project will be implemented with Education SMEs in the Greater Accra and Northern Region. In this project, CRS will draw from evidence-based approaches to identify appropriate, effective practices in areas of youth inclusion, TVET center capacity strengthening and support, and advocacy to strengthen private education businesses that improve equitable access to quality and relevant education and training for youth, contributing to greater youth employability and a more inclusive economy.
Job Summary:
In this position, you will manage, coordinate, and monitor project activities and relationships with partners and other project stakeholders to lead the implementation of the IP2E project in Ghana. You will bring strong project management skills and deep knowledge of positive youth development, vocational training approaches, and youth employment. You will ensure that CRS delivers high-quality programming and impact under this project.
